Manan Qayas

I'm Manan Qayas — a technology leader focused exclusively on healthcare.

I founded Transivone to provide fractional CTO services to health tech startups, biotech companies, and healthcare organizations that need senior technology leadership without the overhead of a full-time executive.

My background spans cloud architecture, cybersecurity, application development, and AI — all within the context of healthcare's unique regulatory and compliance landscape. I understand that technology in healthcare isn't just about code; it's about building systems that protect patients, meet compliance standards like HIPAA and SOC 2, and scale responsibly.

I hold a Master's in Engineering from the University of Windsor and bring a systems-thinking approach to every engagement — connecting business goals with technical execution.

When I'm not working with healthcare companies, I spend time with my 3 daughters and create content about health tech, AI, and cybersecurity to help leaders make better technology decisions.

I currently live in Ontario, Canada and also training for my first 70.3 Ironman Triathlon.
